  • Technical data: IP address, device type and browser, collected to keep the service secure.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, to complete bookings and share the necessary details with the provider you have chosen, to process payments in Indian Rupees, to send appointment confirmations and reminders, to provide customer support, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing your information

Your health information is shared only with the service provider you book with, and only to the extent needed to deliver that consultation or service. We also share limited data with payment gateways, communication providers and hosting partners who act on our instructions. We do not sell your personal or health data to anyone.

5. Data storage and security

Data is stored on servers located in India. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls so that staff can access only what their role requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights
