By creating an account or booking an appointment through our platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We are a technology platform that connects patients with independent healthcare service providers. We do not practise medicine, we do not provide medical advice, and we are not a party to the consultation. The doctor-patient relationship is between you and the provider you choose. In a medical emergency call 108 or go to your nearest hospital — do not use this platform.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. The information you provide, including family member details, must be accurate and current.
A booking is confirmed only when it is shown as confirmed in your account. Providers set their own availability and may reschedule or decline a booking. Consultation fees are set by the provider and displayed in Indian Rupees before you confirm.
Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner. Amounts added to your wallet are held in Indian Rupees and may be used for bookings on the platform. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged where applicable.
Cancellation and refund entitlements are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Providers listing on the platform confirm that they hold valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council, Dental Council, Nursing Council or other competent authority, that their qualifications and experience as listed are accurate, and that they will comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 where relevant. Listings found to be false may be removed without notice.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful or misleading content, or use the service to solicit or advertise without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us for the booking that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for the quality or outcome of any medical service delivered by a provider.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully.
We may amend these terms. Continued use of the platform after the revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
